Sir Colin Giltrap Raceway is still under construction but the track is now in use with the first meeting coming up February 22nd 2026

Track Activities

Colin Dale Park International Raceway will feature a race track built to international CIK-FIA Karting standards and infrastructure to host mutiple "Wheeled" sporting activities, training, leisure and competition. 

The facility will cater for various “Wheeled” sports and pastimes in a safe and controlled environment, catering for all age groups.

Primarily focussed on participants from the greater Tāmaki Makaurau area, it will also serve as the nation's premier karting facility with a purpose-built CIK-FIA-approved KartSport racing, testing and coaching facility.

The venue will cater for all manner of wheeled sports, including

  • KartSport: Have-a-Go, training, Club, National and International events.
  • National ​​​​​​​KartSport volunteer Race Official, Race Control and Technical Officer Training Centre
  • Roller skating,
  • Cyclists,
  • Radio-controlled cars,
  • E-scooters,
  • Motorcycles/bucket bikes,
  • Drift bikes/trikes,
  • Blo karts,
  • New driver training,
  • and more,
